Science-led treatment. Results designed around you.

Botox Cosmetic and Xeomin are prescription neuromodulators. They temporarily reduce selected muscle activity that contributes to dynamic expression lines. Product, dose, placement, and expected outcome are determined only after an individualized evaluation.

How to prepare

Simple preparation supports a safer visit.

  • Tell us about diagnoses, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies, prior treatments, and all medicines or supplements.
  • Do not stop prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician tells you to do so.
  • Follow your personalized guidance regarding alcohol, exercise, and products that may increase bruising.
  • Arrive with clean skin, without makeup, lotion, sunscreen, or deodorant on the planned treatment area.
  • Eat normally, hydrate, and contact us if your health or medications change before the appointment.

How neuromodulators work

Precision at the muscle level.

Botulinum toxin type A temporarily blocks release of acetylcholine at selected nerve endings. This reduces contraction in the treated muscle, allowing dynamic lines to appear softer while the rest of the face remains expressive.

Both are prescription products with distinct formulations. They are not interchangeable unit-for-unit. Your clinician will recommend an option only when medically appropriate.

Before, during & after

Your treatment timeline.

Individual instructions always take priority over general website information.

01

Before treatment

Share your complete medical history, medications, supplements, prior botulinum-toxin treatments, allergies, and any swallowing, breathing, nerve, or muscle concerns.

02

Treatment day

Arrive with clean skin. Your clinician will assess facial movement, discuss the plan, and provide individualized instructions.

03

Immediately after

Mild redness, tenderness, or small raised areas can occur. Follow your clinician’s instructions and avoid rubbing or massaging treated areas unless directed.

04

Follow-up

Results develop gradually. Your clinician may recommend a follow-up around two weeks to assess balance and response.

Common reactions

Know what to expect—and when to call.

Temporary injection-site pain, tenderness, swelling, redness, bruising, headache, or asymmetry can occur. Eyelid or brow drooping is also possible. Contact the clinic if symptoms concern you or do not improve as expected.

Botox Cosmetic and Xeomin are prescription treatments and are not appropriate for everyone. A medical evaluation is required. Risks, benefits, alternatives, approved and off-label uses, expected duration, and product-specific safety information will be reviewed before treatment. Individual results vary.
